Our 2024 Rose is a traditional style Rose. Fruit is picked and pressed with minimal skin contact to deliver a pale rose which displays a mix of light and fresh red fruit characters of Margaret River Shiraz. Fermentation followed by a brief period of time on lees has delivered a perfect summer style drink.

Every vintage, each wine parcel is allocated a batch code, separated from other batches and treated independently to ensure cleanliness and purity of winemaking. With Mother Nature ensuring each year offers new possibilities and hope of a celebrated vintage, these codes are the only constant, and have come to symbolise our family’s commitment to always make the wine the hero.

The 2025 vintage of Peter Lehmann Portraits Grenache Rose is a stunning representation of the Barossa region. A pleasing salmon pink colour mixed with onion skin hues. As with all the Long Gully Estate wines, an immediate positive impression comes from the aromatics. Fresh, young and with a lovely soft texture, it is a mouthfilling style with notes of florals and slight tropical touches. It is also seamless and finishes with a fine flick of acidity. Should drink well for several years plus ideal for chilling and enjoying on a summer afternoon.
