Australia's premier cool climate Cabernet. It was John Middleton's dream to create such a wine and purchased the Mount Mary property in the Yarra Valley in 1971 to persue this dream. Quintet is his dream realised and is a blend of the classic Bordeaux varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec.

One of Australia's true great wine treasures, Henschke produce a range of wines that are the envy of most. Chateau Ducluzeau is owned by Bruno Borie, owner of the iconic Second Growth Ducru Beaucaillou in St Julien. The 10ha vineyard in Listrac being planted to 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon (the highest percentage of Merlot in the entire appellation). Classic Bordeaux through and through - with beautiful notes of liquorice, rose, plum and blackberry.

The McGuigan Black Label Red is an approachable, medium bodied style with a nice combination of ripe, soft fruit flavours and the perfect balance of tannin to provide some structure. Not only a great wine to have around great friends and family, but also at home when paired with a wide array of cuisine including barbecued meats and salads.

Craggy Range Sophia Blend is a dark garnet colour. Lifted aromatics of dark berries, cassis, cocoa and wooden spices. Rich sweet fruit and hints of caramel are surrounded by firm fine tannins which provide elegance and great length on the palate.

This pleasingly rich and unusual blend of Grenache and Cabernet Franc from the Clare Valley offers a bouquet of ripe cherries and plums. The palate shows spicy fruit flavour and soft tannins.
