Yalumba Paradox Shiraz is an inky, crimson wine full of aromas of mixed spice and crushed black pepper, violets, fennel and hints of blueberries. The palate is like layers of velvet, with great structure showing lush red berries, olives and anise.

Fresh lifted aromas of plums and cherries abound with black pepper and warm spices on the nose; This Frankland Estate Shiraz has earthy savoury notes that combine seamlessly with subtle oak flavours and grainy tannin on the palate. It is an elegant cool climate Shiraz with a textured palate and a balanced finish.

This complex and elegant wine has lifted aromas of fresh rich red fruits and white mint chocolate. Strawberries, raspberries, dark cherries and blackcurrants are the base of this wine but has depth in texture and flavour are given by rich tannins and subtle spice from ageing in French oak. Well matched to heavier weight dishes - veal and beef based. Also perfect with hard cheeses and aged cheddar.

Noon Winery has become a cult figure in the wine world due to their opulent red wines that are known for their concentration and power. Their Reserve Shiraz is so highly thought of, it sits in the Outstanding category in Langton's Classification of Australian Wine. Mount Majura, from the emerging wine region of the Canberra District, considers Tempranillo as their flagship variety. With a dense core of dry savoury tannin, interwoven with fleshy cherry and blueberry fruit, and embroidered with a host of aromas, from sweet spices and pomegranate, to malt and leather.

Sourced from vineyards surrounding Canberra, the Clonakilla O'Riada Shiraz has been lovingly embraced as little brother to the iconic Shiraz Viognier. Also co-fermented with a touch of Viognier, the O'Riada shows a more fruit forward presence, yet still with that unmistakable Tim Kirk elegance and purity that is a theme throughout all of his wines.

In true McLaren Vale style, Serafino Magnitude Shiraz shows the rich fruit of the vintage, complex and integrated through maturation in French and American oak for 20 months.

The Shiraz grapes for The Struie come from old vines in the Barossa and Eden Valleys. The Eden component brings floral spicy aromas that are supported by more brooding notes of tar and chocolate from the Barossa. The palate is luscious and silky, and this is a Fine Wine favourite.
