Yamazaki is Suntory's flagship single malt, multi-layered with fruit and Mizunara aromas. Yamazaki 18-Year-Old is rich with mature autumn fruit resulting in a blackberry, strawberry and dark chocolate palate and long, spicy, smooth finish. It is not lacking in any flavour or aroma. The production takes place in Fuefuki, a region rich in natural resources and surrounded by mountains: two national parks to the north and west, and the spectacular Mount Fuji to the south. Canadian Club Premium Whisky & Dry has a smooth, fuller flavour, mixed with a less sweet dry ginger ale mixer. At a higher 6.0% ABV Canadian Club Premium has a more sophisticated taste profile due to the extra crisp dry flavor.

Mars Iwai Tradition Japanese Whisky is soft and rounded, yet full bodied and mellow. The nose gives sweet honey, leading to a complex, peaty full bodied palate which gives sweet peat, orange marmalade, maple, burnt sugar cane, cedar and cigar.

From Suntory's mountain distillery, found deep within the forests of Mount Kaikomagatake, Hakushu is a single malt that takes liquid and from the pure waters of the Southern Japanese Alps. This gives it a terrific fresh flavour, many considering it as a uniquely liberating malt whisky. The 25 year old is deep amber in colour and a winner of numerous prestigious awards. Super rare and hard to find, only a few opportunities exist in Australia to add this to any whisky lovers collection.
