Today, the Bin 28 is a great example of the Penfolds dedication to multi-region, multi-vineyard blending. A wine that showcases fragrances of ripe raspberries and sweet juicy red fruits. A particularly long ripening season allowed winemakers to pick grapes at optimum maturity and resulted in a wine showcasing intense ruby colour, vibrant ripe fruit flavours, a rich full palate and soft fine tannins.

Classic Grenache red fruited flavours of bright cherry and raspberry with stone minerals and subtle cedar oak spice. Delightfully fresh and fragrant with soft roiund tannins and a lovely long finish.

Classic South Australian Shiraz flavours of wild dark berries, ripe blood plans and exotic spice. The palate is supple and fruit driven with a mouth-filling burst of spicy, dark berry fruit flavours wrapped in fine tannins before a bright and very long, plush finish.

Red in colour, this is a fragrant and silky Pinot Noir wine with raspberry, cherry, vanilla, mixed spices and a mineral note. Its medium bodied but still very generous for Pinot Noir but very flavoursome and moreish. Red and dark fruited with soft tannins and pleasurable as a wine on its own or with food, particularly a mushroom and parmesan tagliatelle.

Who can say no to 33% extra that your normal bottle of wine? Hardys Stamp Shiraz is soft, generous and easy drinking. This Shiraz has attractive plummy aromas with a touch of spice and the palate is round and fruity with a soft finish.

Hardys have produced an easy drinking Cabernet, with attractive soft berry flavours which flow easily across the palate and gentle tannins on the finish. Bottled in the larger format 1L bottles, there's now more to go around!
