Almost four years since we formed the GlenAllachie Distillers Company, bringing the distillery back into private ownership, we released the very special expression as an extension of our core range. Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, has worked tirelessly on perfecting this expression since day one; evaluating casks and refining recipes to create something special. We’re proud to present the jewel in our crown; the GlenAllachie 15 Year Old. The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour. Colour - Deep Auburn. Nose - Overflowing with raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices. Taste - The rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch develops to banana, orange peel and dark chocolate.

Established in 1887, Glenfiddich, Gaelic for Valley of the Deer, is one of the few single malt distilleries to remain entirely family owned. The 12 Year Old is their signature expression and is the perfect example of Glenfiddichs unique Speyside style, widely proclaimed as the 'best dram in the valley'. After 12 years of maturation in oloroso sherry and bourbon oak casks, this signature single malt, is the true pioneer of the prestigious single malt category. The Glenfiddich 18 Year Old Single Malt is made in small batches from sherry and bourbon casks, hand selected by the Glenfiddich Malt Master. This process ensures a unique and extremely high quality whisky with rich, robust flavours of orchard fruits and spice, providing a rewarding, elegant finish.

Aged in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in sherry casks. Double Wood is an excellent example of what the Balvenie distillery can craft, even at 12 years.

Uniquely finished for up to four months in barrels that once contained rum from the Caribbean to create a luxuriously rich and indulgent single malt. After maturing the whisky for 21 years, the Malt Master adds even warmer and richer flavours by uniquely finishing this single malt in first fill bourbon barrels that once contained rum from the Caribbean. The rum soaked cask infuses the aged whisky with a spicy warmth and indulgent vanilla and toffee sweetness, the character of the Caribbean shining through. This gives the whisky a sumptuous sweet intensity that is both rich and creamy yet still retains the unmistakable character of Glenfiddich.

The intense and subtly-smoked expression of our Classic Single Malt, this is the perfect easy-drinking introduction to peated whiskies. Matured in ex-bourbon casks for added spiciness.

With a wholemeal and honey quality to the nose and the odd smoky tangent. A sweet, fruity core and a long round finish. Dalwhinnie has a little bit of everything, peat, honey and backbone. A classic malt for everyone.

The Singleton of Dufftown is often described as possessing an exceptional smoothness. Using a combination of American and European Oak casks at roughly a 50/50 split the Master Distillers have had one passion in mind - to create the best tasting, perfectly balanced, rich and smooth Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This smooth, naturally rich Single Malt Scotch Whisky has sweet fruity notes and a lingering, pleasurable warmth .
