Pure ingredients and the natural environment add to smooth and mellow character of our award-winning Tomintoul Speyside Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 'the gentle dram'. Tomintoul 'With A Peaty Tang' has been made with peated malt barley to give it a deep smoky flavour. This makes 'Peaty Tang' very unusual, most distilleries in the Speyside region do not use peat.

Goodradigbee's Jarrah single malt is completely unique. It is made from Scottish Highland single malt and matured in Goodradigbee's whisky maturation cubes made from Western Australia's imposing Jarrah, an ancient local hardwood. The spirit is young on the nose but genuinely surprises when tasted. Complex flavours compete at first - sweetness and citrus, followed by cinnamon and sometimes, a touch of spice. Jarrah is different, in a good way. Be prepared to be surprised.

For Peats Sake! the distillery manager cried, as Peat, the maltman, put far too much peat into the kiln during malting, causing smoke to billow everywhere. The Isle of Raasay Single Malt is a taste of the ruggedly elegant, exceptionally diverse island, made in small batches from the mineral water drawn from its well on site. A lightly peated single malt balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. The Isle of Raasay Distillerys carefully crafted and unique recipe combines peated and unpeated Raasay spirit that has been matured in three different types of oak cask: high rye whiskey, chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine. Inspired by the city of Edinburgh and made with both demanding bartenders and malt whisky enthusiasts in mind, Artist Blend from Compass Box Whisky is the perfect Scotch whisky for creative drinking. Bottled with a very high proportion of single malt whiskies, this whisky brims with flavour notes of apple, salted caramel and baking spices with a noticeably creamy mouthfeel and finish.

Glasgow Blend from Compass Box Whisky was inspired by historical references that Glaswegians have long preferred bigger, smokier whiskies. Full, rich and smoky on the palate, this whisky unites the spice and fruitcake-like notes of Sherry cask ageing with the maritime punch of Islay malt whisky. An old-school peaty blended Scotch whisky that is perfect both alone and in hand-crafted cocktails.

Tasting note: Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels for seven years before being transferred to smaller 125 litre Quarter casks for a further two years. The process amplifies the impact of the wood. Fumey alcohol gives way to hints of dried coconut, raisin chocolate, pine needles and a vaguely cider-like fruitiness. It's a big, chewy malt with a fabulous fanning flavour rush and impressive control. Summer pudding and vanilla come through on the finish before the aftertaste ends crisp and pleasingly astringent.
