Rossville Union Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey is blended from 83 barrels - sourced from the best reserves and constantly blended. Bold rye spice, caramel, vanilla and floral notes take centre stage. Aroma: Bold rye spice and sweetness dominate with a background of cocoa, nutmeg, cinnamon, aged tobacco and old leather. Taste: Smooth and complex with forward notes of caramel and vanilla fading to baking spices and smoke in the body. Wild Turkey is a genuine Kentucky Bourbon, matured in new charred white oak barrels to give it's unique smoothness. Best consumed neat to appreciate it's character; can also be consumed on ice or as a mixer generally with cola or dry ginger ale. Maker's Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon. Starting with the original Maker's Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves. The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste. Ultimately, this helps provide Maker's 46 with its distinct caramel and toasted oak flavour while eliminating the bitterness that usually comes with whiskies that are aged longer.<p><b>Please note: Limit of 4 bottles per customer</b></p>

Gentleman Jack gets its unique mellow smoky flavour from being twice filtered through charcoal as opposed to the regular single filtration for Jack Daniels. The Whiskey is then aged and filtered again before bottling.

The art of making fine bourbon first took place on the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery, a National Historic Landmark, in 1812. The perfectly balanced taste of our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is comprised of more than 200 detectable flavour notes, from bold grain and wood, to sweet aromatics, spice, and fruit & floral notes.

To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.
