Alinta is the first peated whisky added to the range since the distillery was taken over by David Prior in 2015. Alinta, an indigenous Australian word from several Southeast Australian language groups means fire and flames, and evokes the notes of Campfire Embers found in each sip. This expression utilises PX Sherry and ex-bourbon casks combined together with a sweet smoky peated spirit, sets Alinta apart from anything previously released by Bladnoch.

To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

Carefully selected unprocessed whiskies and pure, natural spring water are expertly blended to create this distinctive whisky. A gift from the land that surrounds Mt. Fuji, home to the finest natural spring water. Tasting Notes: Clear amber, faint smoky accent with sweet aroma, redolent of pear and dried fruit. The palate is slightly edgy attack, but well-rounded and mellow. Finish is slightly spicy. A long finish with a hint of white oak and a spreading sweetness.

The Buffalo Trace distillery has been awarded 'Distillery of the Year' 7 times and Buffalo Trace has been award over 22 national and international awards. Jack Daniels Bonded is Jacks time-honored recipe of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, but distilled to the standards of the Bottled-In-Bond act (1897), meaning this whiskey is from one distilling season, at 100 proof (50% ALC/VOL), and is matured for a minimum of 4 years at our federally bonded warehouses. Barrels were hand selected for their unique and particular characteristics of deeper colour, flavor, and aroma, which bring a darker, richer, and more oak-forward character to Jack Daniels Bonded. It is a big, bold Tennessee Whiskey with layered notes of caramel, rich oak, and spice giving way to a pleasantly lingering finish.

Maker's Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon. Starting with the original Maker's Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves. The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste. Ultimately, this helps provide Maker's 46 with its distinct caramel and toasted oak flavour while eliminating the bitterness that usually comes with whiskies that are aged longer.<p><b>Please note: Limit of 4 bottles per customer</b></p>

Head Distiller Graham Buller collected prime barrels of Scotch whisky and American Bourbon whiskey, with a dream of creating his perfect blend. The Scotch has an average of five years barrel maturation and the Bourbon two, while the final blend has gone back into bourbon barrels for finishing.
