First blended in 1829 in the small Irish town of Tullamore in County Offaly, Tullamore DEW takes its name from one of the earliest influencers of the newly established distillery, Daniel E Williams (DEW). Rossville Union Straight Rye Whiskey is blended from 159 barrels and aged five to seven years. Well balanced and smooth, with flavours of rye spice, fruit, toffee, caramel & vanilla. Rossville Union Barrel Proof Straight Rye Whiskey is blended from 83 barrels - sourced from the best reserves and constantly blended. Bold rye spice, caramel, vanilla and floral notes take centre stage. Aroma: Bold rye spice and sweetness dominate with a background of cocoa, nutmeg, cinnamon, aged tobacco and old leather. Taste: Smooth and complex with forward notes of caramel and vanilla fading to baking spices and smoke in the body. A long and smooth finish of rye spice that coats the mouth and pleasantly lingers until the next sip. Its bold lingering spice and sweetness is what true rye lovers appreciate.

For the Brabazon Bottling Series 4, Teeling sourced unique barrels used by a long forgotten historical style of portugese port to prroduce a truly unique and distinctive bottling of Teeling Whiskey. Carvacelos is a style of Portugese fortified wine dating back to the 18th Century. These rare port barrels were filled with single malt distilled in 2007 and left for over two years to impart the full range of flavour and character on the whiskey. The result is a truly unique whiskey bursting with soft citrus fruits and distinctive prickly spice. Tasting Notes Nose: Caramel, malt, toffee, white grapes, Granny Smith apples, honeydew melon and mint Taste: Complex orchard fruit, hay-like malt, toast, honey, marmalade, sweetness, oak tannins and spice Finish: Port soaked dry fruit, malt and hints of cookie dough.
