Sourced from the finest plants from Jalisco's most exacting growers, Tromba Anejo Tequila is aged in white oak American Whiskey barrels for over 20 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of chocolate, caramelized anise, apple and peach.

Artisan Victorian barley is sourced to begin the bespoke process which ends up in aged Australian Apera casks that have been re-coopered, re-toasted and re-sized. A revelation of the Folle Blanches full complexity and strength of character. A resplendent colour with hints of mahogany. An intense nose of orange preserve, rancio, honey and Madagascan pepper. Family owned and run since 1912, Tariquet is continuing to make award winning whites wines and Armagnacs on their 900 hectares of immaculately tended vineyards at the foot of the Pyrenees. Most Armagnacs are a blend of grape varieties, this old Armagnac is made of 100% Folle Blanche grapes, the oldest variety in Armagnac.

Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey is the quintessential example of premium Irish Whiskey, and considered to be the purest form of the art. With a history dating back to 1903 when John Jameson & Company entered into an agreement with Gilbeys Wines & Spirits Import Company to supply new make whiskey which was then 'bonded' in old sherry and port casks. Single Pot Still whiskey is unique to Ireland and this exciting example is crafted from both malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in a traditional copper still. The result is a whiskey of unrivalled richness, complexity and smoothness. Hints of creaminess on the finish round out an true Irish Whiskey of pedigree.

Laphroaig, founded in 1815 by brothers Donald and Alexander Johnston, has an extremely rich history; neighbourly disputes with Lagavulin and many ownership changes to name a couple. The 10 Year Old Single Malt is Laphroaig's signature malt that is full sparkling gold in colour and has that signature rich smoke and seaweed character with a hint of sweetness. Surprisingly the palate is rich with subtle sweet hints and complex layers of salt and peatiness that evolve on the palate and continue to the long and dry finish.

Glenlivet is a Sherry-finished Speyside malt Whisky. Honey in colour, spiced on the nose and a smoky palate make this a gorgeously luxurious Scotch.

A limited edition from Bundaberg's Master Distillers series of the richest rum reserves; the 2015 blend has been crafted with care. It's complex aromas consists of smoky spices, raisins, tobacco and finishes with exceptionally smooth and pleasant aftertaste.

Reserva de la Familia is the world's first extra-anejo tequila. It is hand selected from the Cuervo family's private collection. Each bottle is made using only blue agave harvested at its peak maturity after seven to twelve years of growth in the field and aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of three years. Reserva de la Familia is best served in a snifter, allowing for full appreciation of its flavours, aroma, and velvety finish.

A vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of « Malt » (germinated barley). It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume. Beige amber tint.
