Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Sierra has long been Australians introduction to Tequila. Born from the high reaches of Jalisco, Mexico, the iconic sombrero invokes memories of good times and celebration for generations of party goers around the nation. Sierra Reposado is aged for 9 months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, 7 months more than the minimum required. The aging doesn't only give its distinctive colour but also a pleasant balance of wood, caramel and vanilla flavours.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. Bottled here in a larger 1L bottle for the true lover of Bundy Red, and also a great addition to any bar.

Made from 100% Weber Blue Agave aged for 8-12 years and harvested at their peak. The liquid is double distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas is blended together for added complexity and character. The result is a premium tequila with a smoother, more interesting flavour than most on the market. The clean, balanced taste with hints of sweet fruit and pepper is perfect sipped neat, on the rocks, as a shot or in a cocktail.

Tequila Anejo 100% Agave 750ml is made from 7 to 9 year old agave plants to ensure peak sweetness & flavour, this Special Reserve has been aged for 7 months. Bright yellow in colour, with vanilla and caramel on the nose, the taste is soft with fresh acidity with of sweet cinnamon and spice. A great tequila for the most refined palate.

Tequila Blanco 100% Agave 750ml. Made from 7 to 9 year old agave plants to ensure peak sweetness & flavour. Tequila 30-30 Agave is bottled shortly after distillation process. The colour is very bright with a sweet agave and peach aroma on the nose. The taste is very smooth, refined with citrus overtones. Can be consumed straight or used in your Margarita or other mixers.

Tequila Reposado 100% Agave 750ml is made from 7 to 9 year old agave plants to ensure peak sweetness and flavour, this Special Reserve is 100% Agave, and has been aged for 20 months. Bright gold in colour, with an intense complex aroma, with a spicy taste of vanilla and coffee. A great example of an aged tequila to be enjoyed on all occasions.

The Dons latest elixir is a handcrafted spirit using the finest Agave from the Jalisco highlands and tequila ageing methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. Cazcabel and Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for 8 months and balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavour of the double distilled blanco with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted Oak.
