Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

A full-bodied aged 15 yo craft rum with rich and complex aromas of Madagascar vanilla, soft caramel and toasted oak. On the palate, layered notes of cinnamon, roasted nuts and allspice are perfectly blended with a mild sweetness and a light, smooth finish.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. Born from the high reaches of Jalisco, Mexico, the iconic sombrero invokes memories of good times and celebration for generations of party goers around the nation. Sierra Reposado is aged for 9 months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, 7 months more than the minimum required. The aging doesn't only give its distinctive colour but also a pleasant balance of wood, caramel and vanilla flavours.

Inspired by traditional Calaveras (skulls made from sugar) which are used in Day of the Dead rituals to symbolize death and rebirth, Kah Blanco Tequila has intense sweet aromas of cooked agave followed by a spicy which peppery punch. This silky and delicate Tequila will leave delicious, lingering mixed spices on the palate.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Together they work wonders.
