Calle 23 Blanco Tequila
Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).
Jose Cuervo Reposado
Jose Cuervo's iconic Reposado Tequila was the first ever Tequila made after José Maria Guadalupe de Cuervo was granted land by the King of Spain in 1758 to grow the now famous Agave plant. Cuervo gets its colour and distinct flavour from extended time spent in quality American oak where flavours of orange peel and cinnamon are cultivated.
Casamigos Reposado Tequila
Casamigos Reposado Tequila, aged for 7 months, is soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.

Plantation Original Dark Rum
The essence of Plantation Rum Original Dark is the wealth of its palate and technique of double ageing. It comprises the elegant Rums of Trinidad which are distilled then aged in their tropical climate in the Caribbean in American oak barrels under high heat before travelling to France. Once in Europe, the House cellar master decides on less high esters for the Trinidadian rum and blends in old rums from Jamaica (15 - 20 yrs.) This end result adapts beautifully to classic dark rum cocktails.
Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados Rum
Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.
