Newcastle Brown Ale
Newcastle Brown Ale features fewer hops for a less bitter taste, a blend of light and dark malts for a unique and smooth flavour. The golden brown color is the result of combining two seemingly incompatible malts- English Pale and Dark Caramel.
West End Draught
A favourite with generations of South Australians this well-balanced beer with a clean hop bitterness is an outstanding example of an Australian draught Lager.
Menabrea Birra
Birra Menabrea Lager is brewed using light barley malts and maize, for a light, crisp Lager style. A distinctive yeast strain, and a more significant amount of hops than is usual for a Lager beer add to its aromatic complexity. This, combined with a fairly high alcohol level, makes for a very full and flavourful, yet still refreshing Lager. Around 100 thousand hectolitres of beer are produced annually, part of which for export in twenty countries.

This crisp Ale from Prickly Moses is golden straw in colour with a dry tart finish. It is best matched with clean and distinct hop aroma imparted from the Ella hop variety. And brewed with pure Otway rainwater.

Little Creatures Rogers'
Velvet smooth, Rogers weaves together the best whole hop flowers and toasted malts into a silky session Ale like no other. Light, citrus hop notes roll gently into roasted hazelnut, toffee and caramel malt flavours; Little Creature had created this easy-drinking Ale of flavour and finesse.

COEDO Ruri displays a flawless golden colour which contrasts beautifully with a soft, white head for an easy drinking brew that pairs well with almost any dish. Its delicate balance of rich flavours and hoppy bitterness is light on the palate and persistently enjoyable, providing a deliciously satisfying quaff for discerning palates.
BOON Kriek
The cherries and young lambic create a red beer that is both natural and fresh, with an absolutely unforgettable sweet and sour taste. This is kriek as it should be, with nothing but real cherries and lambic. There is no place for artificial colourings or flavourings. BOON Kriek uses young and old limbic beer that has been aged in oak casks, and after six months, black cherries are added to provoke a second fermentation, resulting in that amazingly unique taste.
COEDO Shiro
COEDO Shiro is instantly recognizable by its bright colour, tinged with soft, milky white glow. Yeasts selected specifically for their ability to bring out sweet aromas from the wheat, are complemented by fruity notes for a rich yet refreshing brew that is smooth on the tongue and goes down with flourish. We chose the Japanese word for 'white' for our Hefeweizen as a way to capture not only its bright colour, but also its distinctively gentle character.
COEDO Beniaka
Coedo Beniaka is an unfiltered Imperial Sweet Potato Amber Ale. Fermented for an extended period, the Beniaka boasts an aromatic sweetness in its amber tones. Its unique profile is owed to a combination of high quality malts, roasted kintoki sweet potatoes and excellent beer craftmanship. Beniaka is unique to the Bushu area, and uses the famous kintoki sweet potato, a specialty item in Kawagoe.
