Slightly sparkling - frizzante - this is an excellent example of Lambrusco from Modena in north-eastern Italy. Soft and mildly sweet it has only 8% alcohol and is a perfect thirst quencher on a sunny afternoon or as a partner for pizza!

The colour is light ruby red with garnet reflections, it smells fine with scent of cherries, wild berry fruits, violet and spicy hints, dry and fresh, with good body and agreeable tannins and spicy hints in flavour.
