Mojo Sauvignon Blanc is made from premium Sauvignon Blanc grown at various vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, this wine shows lifted fruit salad characters with touches of grassy herbaciousness and finishes with superb length.

Dog Point from Marlborough in New Zealand have quickly established themselves as quality Marlborough producers with their range of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. This Riesling from Bream Creek is made from vines over 40 years old. It has a rich nose, showing freshly cut lime, French citron tart, spice and floral notes. This Pinot Gris combines fruit from premium sites in Central Otago, including Maude's mature family owned vineyard in Wanaka, Mt Maude. This Pinot gris has typical aromas of ripe pear, quince and brioche lead onto a rich textured palate where whole bunch pressing and partial barrel fermentation has created complexity.

Toolangi is a state forest just outside Healesville that was devastated during Black Saturday. The excellent vineyards remain, and continue to produce wines of personality and place. The Chardonnay combines varietal characters of quince and crab apple with some delicious nutty oak nuances. Its great value.

Sidewood Pinot Gris is sourced from selected rows from their 300 acre estate in the Adelaide Hills. This cool climate, estate grown wine shows a fresh nose and palate of crisp apples, nashi pear and citrus. With a smooth, almost silk like texture, this excellent Gris has brilliant natural acidity and a length and character that will allow the wine to age wonderfully.

Koshu, Japanese indigenous Vitis Vinifera cultivation variety, is said to be a unique grape varietal in Asia. The character of Koshu is slight but pleasant bitterness originated from its pink grey skin. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tank. This wine goes well with sushi and cuisines using dashi. Brilliant pale yellow with green tone. White flower aroma with oranges such as navel orange. Smooth touch and rich fruit across the palate. From middle aroma to finish, subtle bitterness brings its distinctiveness.
