John Boston The Guardhouse Golden Ale is an aromatic beer with mouth-watering notes of stone fruit and Australian pale toffee malt characteristics. This results in full bodied flavour, an intense golden hue and a velvety smooth finish.

Sapporo Premium Beer was originally brewed in 1876 by Japanese brewmaster Seibei Nakagawa. Trained in Germany, Seibei had a true passion for his craft. With authentic brewing techniques and quality local ingredients, he developed a perfectly balanced golden lager. As a former frontier town, the northern city of Sapporo thus became the home of Japan's oldest brewery. The iconic gold star reflects the pioneering spirit of Sapporo and its famous brewer. A hybrid of Australian and American style Pale Ales, which are both renowned for their floral and fruity hop characteristics. The Pale Ale has a clean taste, coming from the strain of yeast used, with flavours leaning somewhat towards the hop flavour over the malts. Medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation and a smooth refreshing dry finish makes this a desirable and pleasant drinking beer.

An Easy drinking classic Australian Pale Lager. Made from 100% Australian pale malt the Coastie Pale Lager is an unfiltered crisp and refreshing beer. Coastie is light on body to allow the Australian hops and malt to shine through. The Lager is late hopped to add an extra aromatic character to what is a clean, simple style.

Modus Operandi Pale Ale is dry hopped with some of the biggest hops from the Yakima Valley. This choice selection brings out a lively layer of aromatics, with hints of pine and citrus which follow onto the palate. A crisp, dry finish caps it off.

Its clean hoppy base offers a relentless, yet refined bitterness complemented by pine and citrus aromatics and broad suit driven palate.

Hazy Mid with magnified flavour. Light, silky mouthfeel balanced with refreshingly juicy hops. Yeah, it’s a Hazy Beer without the Haze.

A medium bodied ale which is light amber in colour, derived from the use of caramel malts. A refreshing but appetizing beer with toffee and caramel flavours balanced nicely with a blend of traditional English hops for bittering and American hops for aroma. The all malt ale is warm fermented which adds some complexity to the beer and leads to a fruity aroma which compliments this particular style of beer.
