Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. Bottled here in a larger 1L bottle for the true lover of Bundy Red, and also a great addition to any bar.

Four Pillars Gin worked with the QANTAS Rockpool mixology team to create the second release in their Bartender Series - an Asian-inspired Modern Australian gin with softness and spice, one that is truly a spirit of Australia. Red and green Szechuan give it a lovely warm mouthfeel, while the macadamia nuts give it softness and an almost creamy palate. The fresh Rose Glow apples, fresh tangelos, fresh grapefruit peel and dry native quandong add fruit and lift. Rockpools bartenders were aiming for a gin with nice spicy complexity and mixability something to create a great G&T, or classic dry martini. This stunning looking Gin bottle is backed up by a host of international awards including Double Gold medals at the recent San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017. The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Upon tasting, golden syrup, star anise and an earthy, ginger spice, lead to roasted notes of raw cacao flowing across an energised palate escalating to a dry and lingering tingle of black pepper and fresh liquorice.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral.
