Archie Rose Australian Original Whisky is made from the highest quality Australian barley and rye malts grown under boundless blue skies, in rich red ochre earth surrounded by gum trees - where the land does the talking and we bottle it. Crafted from a marriage of our award-winning Straight Rye Malt and Single Malt Whiskies, and aged in European and American oak barrels for at least three years, it reflects our belief that great whisky starts its life in the field. Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Enjoy straight up, with tonic, with soda, or in a cocktail.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Distilled in small batches at our Gold Coast distillery, Wildflower Signature Gin is a subtle balance of juniper, lemon myrtle and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey.

The flavours in Adelaide Gin are floral in nature, built up using a traditional range of spices including cardamom, juniper, orris, coriander, and nutmeg, as well as the beautiful richness of Kangaroo Island lavender.Adelaide Gin is a sophisticated dry gin, perfect when served neat. Those who prefer to mix their gin should serve it with something that compliments the floral nature, such as a light tonic with a sliver of orange. As an alternative, Elderflower makes a lovely pairing. It also partners well with other flavoursto create magical gin-based cocktails.

Black Barrel is a unique small batch handcrafted blend rum from Mount Gay. Double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in their own toasted oak whiskey barrels until reaching maturity. Aromas of toasted wood, oaky vanilla, sweet caramel and peppery notes. Warm and medium bodied with notes of bold spice valanced with oaky vanilla and sweet caramel.

When seeking to capture the essence of Sydney, we utilised the region’s local botanicals to show off the unique flora of this sun-soaked country. Our set of aromatics are distinctly Sydney, including juniper, coriander, native lemon myrtle and orange zest – all patiently added to the finest quality base.
