Spain’s Navarra is full of surprises, producing styles from traditional and oaky to the most modern and fresh. Flor de San Martín is certainly in the latter camp, a brilliantly zippy fresh white made only from grapes grown in high altitude vineyards in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Little rain and these dizzy heights mean lovely intensity of crisp fruit and lifted herbal aromas – flavours that are unique to the region. This white will really get the taste buds tingling! It’s from winemaker Gonzalo Zelayeta, who works his magic at the modern San Martín de Unx winery, founded back in 1914. From hand-picked (impossible with machines) grapes and cool fermented, this is a refreshing glassful. Tops with seafood, salads and lighter dishes.

A tantalising taste of Santorini, Australian-style – delicious! “Garrique bush and flowers bouquet; the vines have grown another dimension, as has the flavour intensity, which is almost shocking - sour lemon, fresh-cut herbs, red apple... 94pts” (Halliday).

Long fleshy mouth-feel, citrus and pear feature on the palate with subtle cut grass and complex lemon blossom notes, well-integrated natural acid with a crisp mineral finish.

Displaying an elegant nose of lemon citrus and bright yellow straw colour, our Sparkling Chardonnay finish is smooth and refreshing with fine balance leading to a wine with eternal sparkle. Made from our Chardonnay grape, the palate is soft with nutty & cream characters and is enhanced with a small blending of Pinot Noir. All palates that favour a sparkling will be rewarded with this easy to drink wine.Served chilled, a perfect match with fish, chicken, and pork, also favoured with cheese platters. Pale yellow colour. Aromas of rose petals, lemon blossom and citrus dominate the nose, while the palate is characterized by freshness due to the acidity, soft round texture and long aftertaste. An excellent aperitif wine. Goes well with seafood, fresh salads and pasta. It can be great companion to traditional Greek stews.
