Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

Banana Bomb like all Rockstar Rums mixes perfectly with cola, lemonade, or ginger beer. Banana Bomb is an extremely versatile cocktail spirit for all classic rum recipes but our favourite would be a legendary Banana Daiquiri.

Inspired by long summer days in the garden (and perhaps a little too much swearing at the lawn mower), this beer has seen the aftermath of many a battle. First brewed in 50L batches over 10 years ago, and yes, much like our Band-Aid skills, it’s seen a few little tweaks and improvements over the course of time. A decade on and many batches later, it is still our most popular beer! Brewed using Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic hops, our After Battle Pale Ale has always been a tasty combination of citrus and tropical flavours, all whilst keeping the malt profile on the lighter side to let those hops shine through at a rather modest 5.2% ABV

The story goes that twin 'beerded' brothers, Thomas and Charles, set out to find the great inland sea of Australia, Lake Eyre. Ensuring they stowed plenty of Pale Ale for their journey into the scorching centre, they soon had no choice but to stay put and let the water find them. This Pale Ale is the lead beer of the Steamrail range, picking up a Bronze medal at the 2016 Royal Adelaide Beer Awards & Silver Medal at Australian International Beers Awards 2018. A Pale Ale brewed with wheat and crystal malt. It has two additions of the citrus and floral cascade hop in the brewhouse. It is then dry hopped in the fermenter with the intensely flavour-filled Australian Galaxy Hop. IBU: 25 Carton 24 x 330mL Bottles.

A familiar style that Australian beer drinkers will recognise. Malted wheat adds to its refreshing character delivering a beer with a fruity nose and slight hints of passionfruit, grapefruit and citrus. IBU: 18.5 Carton of 24 x 345mL bottles.

BOMBAY CITRON PRESSÉ contains hand-picked Mediterranean lemons, which have been harvested early in the season to capture their zesty, citrus notes before being hand-peeled and concentrated to create an 100% natural fruits infusion. This infusion is then married with our Vapour Infused gin perfectly balancing the taste of freshly squeezed lemons, whilst enriching the juniper notes of the gin. The real fruits infusion with no added sugar gives BOMBAY CITRON PRESSÉ a distinct colour and natural flavour.

A beautiful, hand crafted gin, made and bottled on the banks of the Silent Pool. A contemporary take on a London Dry Gin Distilled with 24 botanicals including juniper, liquorice root, cassia bark and cardamom for depth and spice, and bergamot orange and kaffir lime for citrus. Rose, lavender, chamomile and linden flowers add floral notes, while local honey delivers a smooth finish. TASTING NOTES A classic gin at heart, full bodied and fresh with depth, clarity and flavour.
