It can be enjoyed straight, with soda water and lemon rind, or hot, as well as in various combinations in modern cocktails.

Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest Rum in the world. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a marvellous, semi-sweet Rum that has flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. Labat Rum White Rum

This rhum Agricole blanc from Distillerie Poisson was produced from four types of sugarcane native to Marie Galante and distilled in a traditional creole column still. Before bottling, the rhum is placed in open-top wooden foudres (vats) for 10-15 days as demineralized water is added to bring it down to proof. This 40% abv bottling is great for sipping or cocktails all day long.
