Lark Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is proudly unique in character and style. Entirely made by hand, Lark consistently distills some of the worlds most prized Whiskies, with no more than 100 litres at a time. Distilled in locally crafted copper-pot stills, this exceptional classic cask is the flagship product of the Lark Distillery. This Whisky is best described as a complex mix of vanilla-caramel-maple syrup with some slightly spicy, floral notes and gentle hints of fresh pepper on a flavourful lingering finish. Since 1896 all Mortlach whiskies have been 2.81 distilled. Unlike with any other whisky, our spirit criss-crosses between six copper stills of completely different silhouettes 0.81 more times than is Scotch tradition. It is an exact science graced with a touch of magic from The Wee Witchie.The Wee Witchie is the smallest of our six stills. Since it was first forged more than 120 years ago we have fastidiously ensured every dent and detail remains unchanged because it is within this copper chamber that the specific richness of taste which has earned Mortlach the reputation as The Beast of Dufftown is created. We dedicate this 12 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky to the still that bears the beast. It has been double cask matured in both European and American oak to enhance the distinctively rich and robust character that makes Mortlach whiskies legendary.

Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. This single malt has had a 14-year maturation period in traditional oak whisky casks, before being transferred to casks that previously held Caribbean rum to finish aging.

From the Hakushu distillery in the foothills of Mount Kaikomagatake comes their Distillers Reserve single malt whisky. A no-age statement expression that captures the smoky, herbaceous characteristics of their whiskies. Both lightly-peated and heavily peated malts were used for this complex and deeply enjoyable whisky. A hint of smoke and a lovely long finish.

With an average age of around 15 years and made from the finest terroirs in Cognac; Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, predominantly distilled in 1990, the Selections unique character comes from long ageing in oak barrels, which adds incomparable fullness and sweetness. Aromas of pears, apples, molasses, creme brulee, and vanilla. The palate is supple, plump, and grapey with a mouth coating texture, dried fruits and a slightly sweeter and lingering finish that is satin smooth.

An exceptional blend of reserve stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac, distilled in the mid 1970s and matured in old casks. On the nose there are delicate fragrances of spice, sesame seed, oak, baked pears and brown sugar. The palate is deep and viscous with moderately sweet notes of ripe pear, almond, oloroso sherry, orange peel, and leatherwood honey. The finish has hints of brown sugar with notes of vanilla and salt and has great persistence.

Godet XO Terre Cognac expresses the heart of a powerful and masculine cognac. Extra old, its aged for 30 years in oak casks blended with 6 crus of AOC cognac. Produced in France by Godet's family owned cognac house that dates back to 1872.
