Plymouth Sloe Gin is a truly traditional English Liqueur, made to a recipe we first used in 1883. Its intensity and richness is the result of using high strength Plymouth Gin which extracts the maximum flavour from the sloe berries, many of which grow wild on nearby Dartmoor. Distilled from grain.

Ledaig is a wonderfully distinguished single malt handcrafted on the Isle of Mull by the Tobermory Distillery. The only distillery on the island, Tobermory produces its only peated malt in this Ledaig 10 Year Old Single Malt. Sitting in the ancient vaults for 10 years and the use of superior oak wood casks, aromatic lochan water and the exclusively peat dried malted barley all go to producing a whisky of purity, power and vibrancy. The flavours and aromatics produced can't help but bring you to the ocean side on the Isle of Mull with their floral and smoky tones. Non-chill filtered at 46.3%, Ledaig 10 Year Old will delight all true whisky drinkers.

Teeling's Small Batch consists of hand selected casks which are given further maturation in ex-Flor de Cana Rum barrels imparting an extra sweet, smooth and slightly woody flavour unique to Irish Whiskey. Renowned for their vision in doing things differently, Teeling bottles this small batch at 46% with no chill filtration, creating an Irish Whiskey of true character.

Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a Cost Be Damned approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the winter. This Rye is a brilliant whiskey with fresh spice notes and a lingering soft finish.

Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack gets its unique mellow smoky flavour from being twice filtered through charcoal as opposed to the regular single filtration for Jack Daniels. The Whiskey is then aged and filtered again before bottling. Knob Creek is bourbon the way it used to be. Long-aged, big-flavoured straight bourbons restoring the standards of pre-prohibition whiskey. The 9 Year Old Kentucky Straight is the original, still made in small batches to exacting standards Booker Noe - father of the small batch movement over two decades ago, had envisioned. Crafted in limited quantities the bourbon is undeniably big, capturing your senses with a maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and a rich, oaky, caramel flavour with a full and smooth finish. Great for a classic whiskey cocktail for sipping on the rocks.

Wild Turkey Rare Breed is a Barrel Proof Bourbon, meaning no water is added to reduce the level of alcohol during the bottling process. This method captures its rich pure Bourbon flavour. Medium to full-bodied with a nose of spring flowers balanced by a touch of black pepper and almonds.

Strong, robust aromas that is noticeably sweet with hints of vanilla and toasted oak. Nice vanilla, caramel to start and becomes heavier and almost creamy in nature. Toasted oak notes on the finish. Each barrel is hand-selected by Master Distiller, Jeff Arnett.
