Slingsby Gooseberry gin is crafted using the world-famous Harrogate aquifer water, pure single grain spirit and locally sourced botanicals synonymous with the restorative nature of the town. Yorkshire gooseberries bring an unmistakable tangy sharpness, tempered with a fruity sweetness whilst retaining the classic citrus notes of our classic award-winning London Dry Gin.

One glimpse of the sleek, black bottle indicates that this is something very special. Our Navy Strength Gin uses the same botanical mix as our classic London Dry Gin including Primrose, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rose-hip and Taylors of Harrogate green and jasmine tea, however is stronger and richer with an ABV of 57%. This creates a great body and intensity whilst still retaining our classically smooth finish. This gin continues the tradition of the Royal Navy’s ‘proof test’, whereby gunpowder can still ignite if gin is accidentally spilled upon it.

A contemporary take on a London Dry Gin Distilled with 24 botanicals including juniper, liquorice root, cassia bark and cardamom for depth and spice, and bergamot orange and kaffir lime for citrus. Rose, lavender, chamomile and linden flowers add floral notes, while local honey delivers a smooth finish. TASTING NOTES A classic gin at heart, full bodied and fresh with depth, clarity and flavour. A rich and clean juniper-driven spirit. The delicate flavours of lavender and chamomile combine with fresh citrus notes and a velvety honey.

Willie the Boatman takes its name from a Scottish Convict whose job it was to row people across the Cooks River in Tempe before a bridge was built in the late 1800s. This Beer is named after another Tempe figure. Ivan Smith. Ivan is a a ball of energy, he is great fun to be around and a little crazy.in a good way. The Crazy Ivan IPA is full of malt and hops and most of all is a mouthful of fun. To keep the Crazy Ivan balanced and slightly under control we use big Malts married with Amarillo,Mosaic and simcoe hops. With an an IBU of 50 and a ABV 0f 6% hold on and enjoy the ride!

Beefeater is a benchmark in London's Gin market and has been for more than a century. Spicy and fruity aromas with a nice balance and a focus on the juniper along with eight other botanicals.
