Slingsby Gooseberry gin is crafted using the world-famous Harrogate aquifer water, pure single grain spirit and locally sourced botanicals synonymous with the restorative nature of the town. Yorkshire gooseberries bring an unmistakable tangy sharpness, tempered with a fruity sweetness whilst retaining the classic citrus notes of our classic award-winning London Dry Gin.

One glimpse of the sleek, black bottle indicates that this is something very special. Our Navy Strength Gin uses the same botanical mix as our classic London Dry Gin including Primrose, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rose-hip and Taylors of Harrogate green and jasmine tea, however is stronger and richer with an ABV of 57%. This creates a great body and intensity whilst still retaining our classically smooth finish. This gin continues the tradition of the Royal Navy’s ‘proof test’, whereby gunpowder can still ignite if gin is accidentally spilled upon it.

Beginning life as one of our development gins, we have taken our London Dry Gin which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals and masterfully infused this with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. These unique ingredients are complemented with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Premier Cru Murcian Lemon is a small-batch gin, handcrafted to capture the bright and vibrant aromatic flavours of Murcia’s most exquisite citrus. In southeast Spain, where the finest Murcian lemons, mandarins and sweet Navel oranges grow, Bombay Sapphire works closely with local suppliers and farmers to sustainably source the most exquisite citrus. During the late season’s annual harvest, using techniques passed down through generations, dedicated suppliers and farmers handpick and hand-peel each fruit at its most ripe and allow them to dry naturally under the Mediterranean sun, capturing only the brightest, most aromatic citrus oils that harvest has to offer. In each small batch, the master distiller selects the precise cut of the distillation to ensure each-and-every bottle is a fitting tribute to the region, the suppliers and farmers’ craftsmanship, and the supreme quality of that harvest ensuring the same outstanding liquid is produced each year. Against the signature BOMBAY SAPPHIRE taste, this new gin beautifully balances sweet orange and mandarin, while allowing the vibrancy of the signature Murcian lemons to shine through as the hero of this exquisite liquid.

Supersaturated Hazy IPA is loaded up with our favourite NZ and US hops. It showcases complex citrus, tropical and stone fruit notes supported by balanced bitterness.

Balfour Winery is based on the Hush Heath Estate in Kent, the warmest and driest country in England. The estate comprises 400 acres of vineyards, orchards, and woodlands. The vineyards were first planted in 2002 and by 2007, their first wine - the 2004 Balfour Brut Rose - had won a gold medal at the Wine Challenge. The 1503 Classic Cuvee is named after the year Hush Heath Manor was built. It is a blend of 55% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir, and 11% Pinot Meunier. Pale gold in appearance, with aromas of fresh citrus, red apples, and subtle toasted brioche characters. Beautifully balanced on the palate with lemony acidity, crisp apple and subtle notes of thyme, finishing with a classic, traditional method toastiness. WINE PANEL NOTE: An attractive nose of lemon, white nectarine, white flowers, supported by subtle, savoury biscuit notes. Very creamy and rich on the palate, with sweet, pulpy citrus balanced by lemony acidity and subtle lime pith. A wonderfully balanced and approachable introduction to English sparkling wine. BentSpoke Crankshaft IPA boasts a delicate balance of citrus and pine flavours, with a fragrant floral aroma. Theres plenty of punchy hops with this medium bodied beer, while rich malts making for a satisfying finish. Carton of 24 x 375mL Cans.

Our Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky is the first whisky ever distilled in the Cotswolds. We use 100% locally grown, floor-malted barley and mature the whisky in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine casks. Rich, fruity and sippable with notes of honey, Seville orange marmalade and dark red fruits. Tasting Notes Nose: Notes of honey and butterscotch layered with light fruits (peaches & apricots), a hint of marzipan. Palate: Strong notes of tannin-rich malt, oils and dark sugar with lots of spice, caramelised Seville orange marmalade. Finish: Long and resinous, with dark red fruits and a hint of treacle.
