A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. The result is a simple yet expressive character.

A bold nose of vanilla, juniper-spice fortified and defined by wormwood-driven herbaceous tones and surrounded with an ever-present floral veil. Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.
