Located in the heart London's old spirits industry, East London Liquor Company is an independent British distillery and the first to make spirits in East London for 100 years. Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.

Tasmanian Modern Gin, 15 botanicals showcase oranges and wild Tasmanian herbs and flowers picked from local gardens and fields. Sage, cardamon, wild fennel, and sweeping meadow florals driven by lavender, bay and rosemary with echoes of juniper.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.

Ireland's most awarded Gin, Shortcross is a classical style with a unique twist; best described as floral meadows, wild berries and grassy notes. Our small batch philosophy entails handpicking and sourcing the finest botanicals, we draw our own fresh water, distil on our small copper still and individually bottle, wax and label each Shortcross bottle.
