Cielo Prosecco Spumante Brut Non-Vintage
Cielo Prosecco spumante is a toast to our lovely territory where in 1530 our fellow citizen, Count Da Porto, wrote the Novel of Romeo & Juliet, whose Castels overlook our vineyards. Soft straw yellow. Fresh and floral bouquet, slightly aromatic. Fruited and elegant. Excellent for fine and light dishes and throughtout the day. 8-10 degrees.
Le Vigne di Zamò Ribolla Gialla
Colli Orientali is a DOC within the Friuli-Venezia Giuila region in the North East of Italy. This is a 100% Ribolla Gialla, fermented mainly in stainless steel to highlight the variety's fresh fruit and floral characters. 20% of the blend was fermented in large oak casks to add a hint of complexity, richness and roundess. Mid straw-yellow, with complex characters of spring flowers, apple, and crushed lemon leaves. There is an abundance of fruit on the palate along with a sweet, fennel character and a chalky finish.
Tenute Rossetti Chianti DOCG
The colour is light ruby red with garnet reflections, it smells fine with scent of cherries, wild berry fruits, violet and spicy hints, dry and fresh, with good body and agreeable tannins and spicy hints in flavour. When young it is excellent with rich flavoured dishes, especially the traditional specialities of Tuscan cuisine.
Fontanafredda Gavi DOCG
Established in 1858 by the first king of Italy, Fontanafredda is now the single largest contiguous wine estete in the Langhe region, with a fierce commitment to organic viticulture as well as woodland regeneration. The Platinum label represents the unique tradition of the Estate and more than 160 years of history. This is a fresh, young Gavi, highlighting the fruity and floral attributes of the Cortese variety. Light straw-yellow with greenish highlights. A full and elegant bouquet of lemons, white flowers, and green apples, with citrus flavours on the palate, a soft, supply roundness, finishing with a pleasant fruit sweatness and an attractive, green apple peel crunchiness.
Tombolini Verdicchio DOC
A 100% Verdicchio from the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, located in the central Italian Marche region. Elegant notes of white flowers, bergamot and yellow grapefruit on the nose, with a well-defined acidity perfectly balanced by structure and body on the palate, finishing with a subtle yet pleasant, bitter almond note on the finish. An ideal pairing with fish dishes such as carpachio, sushi, and deep fried seafood.
Flor de San Martín Garnacha Blanca
Spain’s Navarra is full of surprises, producing styles from traditional and oaky to the most modern and fresh. Flor de San Martín is certainly in the latter camp, a brilliantly zippy fresh white made only from grapes grown in high altitude vineyards in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Little rain and these dizzy heights mean lovely intensity of crisp fruit and lifted herbal aromas – flavours that are unique to the region. This white will really get the taste buds tingling! It’s from winemaker Gonzalo Zelayeta, who works his magic at the modern San Martín de Unx winery, founded back in 1914. From hand-picked (impossible with machines) grapes and cool fermented, this is a refreshing glassful. Tops with seafood, salads and lighter dishes.
Farnese Fantini Sangiovese Terre Di Chieti IGT
Garnet red in colour, the bouquet is intense and persistent, fruity with a winery note. Flavour: wood, medium body, good tannins, balanced and ready to drink. Excellent with all the typical courses of Italian traditional cooking.
FARNESE Fantini Calalenta Terre Siciliane Rose
On the nose it is clean and intense with raspberrymelon and grapefruit underlined with a floral note of rose andbroom. The palate is dry, elegant and fresh. It can besilky and even saline.
Alessandro Gallici Pinot Grigio ()
When you ask Alessandro Gallici if he comes from a family of winemakers, he laughs gently at the notion – no, his father was a truck driver. However, he was born in Friuli and his family had a little bit of land and a few rows of vines that had been theirs for generations. They vinified the fruit in a shed just for their own consumption. Now, for a number of years he’s been president of an important local winery, but in 2010 he started up on his own. Made with grapes selected from top areas – Colli Orientali and Grave – this wine delivers delicate pear fruit and crisp minerally ‘zing’. Enjoy solo or match with salads, mushroom ravioli or creamy linguine.
Masi Renzo La Bastarda Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio that hails from Sicily has a rich nose with notes of apple, pear and tropical fruit. Fresh with lively acidity. Great with fish, shellfish and vegetable dishes.
