Bream Creek Pinot Noir
Bream Creek Pinot Noir from Southern Tassie is big and ripe with gentle pepper nuances. Punchy, dried dark stone fruits, fruit cake and dark roasted herbs are present while the palate rolls out very ripe tannins that swerve from side to side, bringing rich plum flavour and a big juicy finish.
Derwent Estate Pinot Noir
Tasmania is very well suited to growing and producing Pinot Noir with its cool-climate and excellent terroir. Temperate days and cool nights at Derwent Estate have produced a silky Pinot Noir that oozes class. A delicate mix of sweet and savoury fruits with a long lasting finish.
Kettmeir Alto Ad Doc Pinot Grigio
Kettmeir's Pinot Grigio has a well structured palate with a great balance between acidity and ripe tropical fruits flavours. It's crisp taste lingers on the tip of the tongue. A beautifully made wine that will be great with seafood dishes.

Mongarda Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut
A wine with an opposing soul between seriousness and lightness. Fresh and sapid flavours combine with wild flowers and ripe friut aromas
Bericanto Gran Rosso Riserva Colli Berici Doc
Intense garnet red colour, the nose features fragrant aromas of cassis and blackberry with hints of vanilla. With the acid vein that sustains, the tannin that weaves and the pulp of fruit that everything harmoniously wraps and contains, the mouthfeel is majestic with notes of cherries, clove, licorice, sweet tannins and long finish. Great companion for game, roasted red meats, mature cheeses and salami. Very suitable also as an after dinner drink.
GARNACHA
Very intensive red, clean and brilliant. The nose is deep and fruit, with notes of wild blackberries and soft oak wood toasty. The palate is elegant, fleshy and wide. Very aromatic, rich in nuances and a long finish in the mouth resulting from the malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Corte Camari Siciliane Grillo
Bright straw yellow hue. Bouquet reminiscent of pineapple and lemon, with a subtle touch of flowers. In the mouth it is fresh, with great minerality and a long, persistent finish.
