Admiral Rodney Rum Royal Oak
HMS Royal Oak has a blend of 7 to 12 years. All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45 plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavours which enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity. All rums in the range are from Coffey Still distillates and have been aged in American white oak Bourbon casks.
Admiral Rodney Rum Princessa
HMS Princessa contains rums aged exclusively in American white oak bourbon casks. All the rums have been aged between 5 and 7 years in our cellars before being blended together by our Master Blender. All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45-plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavours that enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity. Tasting Notes: Deep mahogany colour with honeyed raisins on the nose and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. Sweet with intense brown sugar, créme brûlée tones and balanced by dry toasty oak. Complex finish with good oak integration, caramel and tropical spice.

Chairman's Reserve Legacy
Chairman’s Legacy is a tribute to Laurie Barnard, the “Chairman” of St. Lucia Distillers whom inspired and created the iconic brand Chairman’s Reserve. His vision to define and reinvent the Saint Lucian rum category was unlike anything the rum category had seen before or has seen since. While other distilleries were purchasing column stills to increase production, Laurie was investing in eclectic barrel types, small pot stills, a proprietary yeast strain, and sugarcane. He believed that the best rum was not achieved from one barrel, but by blending different components together of different ages, finishes, styles, and base materials. Rum Blend: Chairman's Legacy showcases the art of blending pot and column still rums. In addition to traditional molasses based rums, “Legacy” features the addition of sugarcane juice distillate, a trademark of Laurie since the day he grew sugarcane around the distillery to isolate the signature proprietary yeast Chairman's Reserve is so famous for. Maturation: Tropically aged separately by batch and still type in ex-bourbon barrels. Age: A blend of rums aged between five and eight years. Tasting Notes: Mahogany hue in the glass. Pineapple, banana, and vanilla on the nose. Intense grilled tropical fruit and spice on the palate persist throughout a long wonderful finish.
Dictador 20 Year Old Colombian Rum
Dictador 20 year old Rum 700mL is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey that has been distilled in both copper alembic and steel continuous column to achieve a smooth medium body rum. Intense dark amber with soft vanilla, smoky honey, toffee and oak on the nose. Massive flavour, strong and textured with caramel and cocoa.
CLEMENT 10 Year Old - Single
One of a number of single cask bottling we've received from Martinique rhum agricole producers, Clément. This one was matured for a decade, from October 2003 to December 2013, in cask number #0310021 before being bottled at 42.8% ABv, with an outturn of 440 bottles
Dictador 12 Year Old Colombian Rum
Made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum. Aged in pre-used oak barrels using the solera method and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure all the secrets are contained in the liquid flavour.
Clement Single Canne Bleue
Clement single cask Vintage rum was distilled solely using Blue sugar cane, currently one of the best varieties of cane on the market. This exceptional rum was slowly aged for 4 years and 5 months in American bourbon barrels before being selected by the cellar master.
