Aromatics: Notes of rose, eucalyptus and menthol. Palate: Muscat and Gewurztraminer create a lively palate, savoury and textural with delicious fresh grapes flavours and beautiful length. This is a delicious orange wine with soft tannins and playful yet complex palate. An incredible result with only so few vintage with this cuvee.

Cloudy Bay Te Koko is an individual expression of the sauvignon blanc grape, a complex and savoury wine that is both deliciously aromatic and richly textured. It is a full-bodied, alternative style of sauvignon blanc. Aromas of lemon thyme, mandarin blossom and stonefruit combine harmoniously with ginger spice and nutty and savoury tones, underlined by exotic tropical notes.

Tyrrell's Vat 1 Semillon is one of Australia's great white wines and has the capacity to age superbly in the bottle. This release continues the recent immaculate line up of Vat 1s that show classic citrus floral and honey aromas. The palate is dry, yet full-flavoured with lovely crisp acidity. Still only a relative baby in terms of Vat 1s longevity, this bottle will reward you for decades to come.

This Pinot gris by Hugel et Fils is rich and rounded, although still dry, it is ideal with terrines, white meats and fish in sauce. Of all the Alsace varieties, Tokay Pinot Gris has the greatest ageing potential.

Ten Minutes By Tractor was the result of a the coming together of a series of journeys that began about 30 years ago. Drawing its inspiration from the Bordelaise tradition of blending multiple compatible grape varieties; This Levantine Hill Melange Traditionnel Blanc is a complex, aromatic wine that is crafted for its ageing ability. It displays subtle fruit characters of blood orange, musk, ginger, apricot and gooseberry on the nose with well-integrated savoury oak and acidity on the palate. It has a textural silky finish. A perfect foil for Munster or similar washed-rind cheese.
