A medium bodied ale with a uniquely complex palate, Prickly Moses Otway Ale is made using pure rainwater from the Otway ranges in Western Victoria. A refreshing, well balanced, textured brew.

A light malt base serves as the perfect backdrop for Yullis Norman Australian Ale. There's plenty of hoppy flavour and floral aromas to enjoy here, with hints of apple and pear on the palate,finished with a touch of bitterness.

Yullis Seabass Mediterranean Lager combines subtle spicy and floral flavours to produce a clean, unlfiltered lager. New Zealand hops and all Australian malts make for a crisp and satisfying lager that tastes great in its own right and makes the perfect partner to food.

Using pale malt and torrified wheat for the malts and Citra and Galaxy hops. Citra hops will bring out those pine and citrus note, Galaxy brings out those passion fruit and stone fruit notes. Its light straw in colour with a slight haze. This XPA is dryer than most.

Named after the shipyard that John Boston would fish of to supply his Saltworks venture. This refreshing Coastal XPA was the perfect beer to drink on those sunny days on the docks.
