The Pikes Eastside Shiraz is a rich ripe fruit Shiraz true to its Clare Valley origins. Dark berry flavours are integrated with the sweet oak character and long, satisfying textured finish.

Another great success story of grape grower turned grower/winemaker. Troy Kalleske is the latest custodian of a family heritage that dates back to 1853 when the Kalleske family first planted vineyards in the Moppa sub-discrict of Greenock, in the north-west of the Barossa Valley. This Shiraz (with a touch of Viognier and Petit Verdot) is 100% biodynamic and has concentrated aromas of blueberry, cloves, violets and dried fig. The silken palate that follows has dark fruit and lifted notes of floral with a sublime length of flavour.

An elegant cool-climate Shiraz with aromas of blackberry, plum, olive and subtle spice. The palate is vibrant, yet lacy, with refined notes of black fruits, violets and white pepper. The gentle tannins intertwine effortlessly with a blackcurrant fresh acidity and the light spice of considered French oak.Beyond the Wilderness, at the extremities of the earth, deep in the southern oceans lies a pristine land. The Red Claw is the complimenting range to the estate Yabby Lake wines that call the Mornington Peninsula home. This Shiraz though is sourced from the Cambrian rich soils of Heathcote, a region which has quickly become one of Australia's premier Shiraz growing areas. Dark berry and spice dominated, there are underlying notes of pepper and crushed herbs. Fermented in 100% French Oak, there is a subtlety to this Shiraz that lends itself to many cuisine matches.

Though part of the Barossa, the Eden Valley is a slightly cooler climate than the neighbouring Barossa Valley, so generally produce Shiraz that is slightly more elegant in style. That said, the Eden Hall Shiraz is a wine that is not only rich, vibrant and full of life today, it will also hang in for the long haul.

Bannockburn Shiraz is a multi-layered wine showing blackberry, black cherry and spice on the nose which follow through to the palate. Soft tannins and medium length.

This wine is made from the best grapes from the Maxwell estate, sourced from low yielding, old vines, the result is a wine that offers pure, rich dark fruit, cocoa and peppery spice for which McLaren Vale Shiraz is famous for.

Hentley Farm focuses on producing elegant and complex single-estate and single-block wines reflective of their exceptional piece of Barossan terrior. 'The Marl' takes its name from the fruit grown on red clay loam over marl (a friable earthy deposit consisting of clay and limestone) which reduces the water and nutrient availability producing low crops and rich flavours. With a strong aromatic profile, this straight varietal Grenache punches well above it's weight delivering stunning amounts of blackcurrants and raspberry and a hint of spice on the palate with a soft and balanced finish.

A myriad of rich dark berry fruit flavours from the Wrattonbully region meld ideally with the Adelaide Plain's elegant complexity and smooth finish.Intense colour pre-empts layers of lush dark berry and plum fruits with subtle pepper and eucalypt nuances. A smooth restrained finish is balanced by the soft tannin structure and lingering spice.Perfectly paired with barbecued foods, richly flavoured red meats and game birds.
