Made from predominately Chardonnay grapes with a touch of Pinot Noir to add colour and fresh berry flavours, this is a vibrant sparkling wine to perfectly complement any celebration. A zesty and refreshing sparkling wine. Vibrant fruit flavours of strawberries and cherries provide a fruit sweetness which is well balanced by a refreshing green apple and citrus finish. A soft fine bubble completes the wine.

Fermentation begins in the winery before the part fermented juice is transferred to bottle to finish the job. Flavours of strawberries and cream with tart raspberry it has a persistent fizz that knows how to quench a thirst. A perfect match for sunshine and good times.

The Balnaves Coonawarra Vineyard was established in 1975 and is situated at the southern end of the Coonawarra Terra Rossa strip. The Balnaves family arrived in the region in 1855 from Paisley, Scotland and opened their first general store in Penola in 1858.Balnaves have used Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to make this modern Sparkling red. This wine is a blend of complex and elegant parcels from ten vintages of reserve wines, matured in a solera system.Rich and complex with cassis, blackberry and violet, combined with mature Coonawarra Cabernet characters of chocolate, leather and truffle. Ready to drink on release, this wine will gain complexity and softness with careful cellaring.

Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful development after extended lees ageing in the cellar. The palate supports these complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours. Very fine and elegant with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length.

Balfour Winery is based on the Hush Heath Estate in Kent, the warmest and driest country in England. The estate comprises 400 acres of vineyards, orchards, and woodlands. The vineyards were first planted in 2002 and by 2007, their first wine - the 2004 Balfour Brut Rose - had won a gold medal at the Wine Challenge. The 1503 Classic Cuvee is named after the year Hush Heath Manor was built. It is a blend of 55% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir, and 11% Pinot Meunier. Pale gold in appearance, with aromas of fresh citrus, red apples, and subtle toasted brioche characters. Beautifully balanced on the palate with lemony acidity, crisp apple and subtle notes of thyme, finishing with a classic, traditional method toastiness. An elegant, svelte and super pure wine with delicate nose of hedgerow flowers, it has finesse, vibrant green fruit and a characteristic toasty flavour. Pale gold in colour and well-balanced on the palate showing crisp acidity and fine mousse. It has delicate toasty characteristics from being aged on lees whilst the gentle oak flavour adds complexity.
