In 1999, Guillermo Erickson Sauza decided to bring back the old Sauza family distillery to life. Today he produces Tequila Fortaleza there using 100% stone-milled agave, entirely produced on the estate which lies right in the middle of the town of Tequila. Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is unaged. It has an amazingly soft texture and vegetal sweetness with a long and satisfying finish.

Reserva de la Familia is the world's first extra-anejo tequila. It is hand selected from the Cuervo family's private collection. Each bottle is made using only blue agave harvested at its peak maturity after seven to twelve years of growth in the field and aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of three years. Don Julio 1942 Añejo was created for the first time back in 2002 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Don Julio and is the ultimate experession of the Tequila art. Made in the Añejo style, this Tequila is made from the finest piñas, double distilled and aged for 24-30 months in small oak barrels. Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).

Tequila Anejo 100% Agave 750ml is made from 7 to 9 year old agave plants to ensure peak sweetness & flavour, this Special Reserve has been aged for 7 months. Bright yellow in colour, with vanilla and caramel on the nose, the taste is soft with fresh acidity with of sweet cinnamon and spice. A great tequila for the most refined palate.
