Sourced from the finest plants from Jalisco's most exacting growers, Tromba Anejo Tequila is aged in white oak American Whiskey barrels for over 20 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of chocolate, caramelized anise, apple and peach.

Prized for its fresh flavours and distinctive spicy length, Tromba Blanco Tequilia is made from hand-selected agave and is lovingly crafted in small batches, resulting in a very light, sweet and refreshing tequila. Its smooth, viscous finish emits fresh botanical aromas and notes of mint, pineapple and caramel.

Prized for its sweet, fresh flavours and distinctive spicy length, Tromba Reposado Tequila is aged in white oak American Whiskey barrels for 6 months, resulting in a rich, sweet tequila with notes of cacao, dry walnut, almond, orange and caramelized pineapple.

Pale yellow in colour, with aromas of honey, yeast, vanilla, pineapple jelly and a fragrant note of pink pepper appear. Fiesta Mexicana has a slightly creamy mouth attack and subsequently reveals an alcohol present but subtle. The aromas presented in nose then hide, highlighting herbal, woody and earthy notes.

Golden straw in colour, Excellia Reposado reveals a complex nose mixing honey, toasted wood, mushroom, dried lavender, jasmine and violet notes. Nine months of ageing in grand cru sauternes wine casks and cognac barrels provide a round and extensive mouthfeel with rich honey, cigar-box, and caramelized-agave/pumpkin notes. This is all mixed with subtle rancio and orchard fruits. The finish is long and satisfying with spicy and earthy notes.

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.

Sierra Tequila Reposado is traditionally distilled twice in copper pot stills. It matures for nine months in toasted oak barrels, which gives it its shimmering golden color. La Gritona Reposado has been gaining notoriety around Southern California as a bartenders secret and their preferred after-shift drink. Some call it a session tequila. Very vegetal, without the sweetness, oakiness, or vanilla that is often associated with a highland Reposado. You will not find a rounder finish in the tequila world.
