Aromas are big and robust with a touch of treacle toffee and sweet spice. This whiskey is full boded, it's dominate by praline, honey and caramelised fruits and toasted nuts. The finish is deep and is jammed with berries and dark chocolate.

The Nikka Coffey Malt is the result of a unique distillation process in Coffey type column stills, which are normally used for grain whisky production.As such, this unique 100% Coffey malt is categorized as a grain whisky, and offers a surprisingly rich texture with deep oaky notes.

Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, then matured for several months in port wine barrels. The unique maturation process gives this single malt its distinct notes of juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness. Its best enjoyed neat or over ice.

Under the hustle and bustle of cobbled Dublin streets in the early 1900s, a rare whiskey was quietly making a name for itself. The simple act of marking barrels with spots of coloured paint would not only signify their age potential, but would become the namesake for this coveted whiskey, bonded and bottled by The Mitchells – a seventh generation family business. As a Single Pot Still Whiskey, these Spot Whiskeys are made using a unique combination of both malted and unmalted barley. This leads to that silky mouthfeel and the pot still spices that these whiskeys were so renowned for back in the old days. Rather than being simply a ‘finished’ whiskey, Yellow Spot is special in that it contains whiskey that has been matured for a full 12 year period in three oak cask types: American bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry butts, and uniquely, Spanish Malaga casks. The Malaga cask brings an exotic sweet note to the whiskey making it a truly delightful taste experience. Only extremely limited quantities of Yellow Spot have been bottled making it a whiskey to seek out and savour as a true rarity. While Green Spot is often described as tasting like green apples, Yellow Spot is more in character with juicy red apples. Sophisticated and complex in character, the inclusion of full term matured whiskey from ex Malaga casks contributes exotic characteristics to the whiskey. Aromas on mown hay & cracked black pepper. Red bell peppers, nutmeg, clove oil & green tea. Sweet honey & peaches from the Malaga casks. On the palate is a honey sweetness with pot still spices. Flavours of fresh coffee, creamy milk chocolate & Crème Brûlée. Notes of red apples & toasted oak. Its finish is sophisticated & complex with a sweetness throughout, followed by a mix of red grape & dry barley upon exit.

This cask-finished American malt begins with Westward's original single malt, which is then finished for up to two years in French Oak wine casks sourced from a handful of award-winning Pinot producers in the region. Think if it as a tribute to Oregon’s legendary Willamette Valley wine country.

Cardhu Special Release 2022 The Hidden Paradise of Black Rock 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 58% ABV, Speyside Another stellar selection from Diageos 2022 Special Release, this Cardhu 16 Year Old has been finished in Jamaican rum casks for an innovative expression from this classic distillery. Light on its feet, lush and sweet while also lively and fresh, with a surprisingly spicy, peppery finish, making this an especially exotic apéritif malt.

“This Single Malt Whisky Shiraz Cask is from January 2017. it has been aged in 2 x 225 litre, uncharred shiraz casks. Consists of Cask Number 77, 78 & 79. Decanted in April 2021 at 50% Alc it is a numbered release. With an initial limited release of 800 bottles. Colour: Our Shiraz is deep crimson red to rich brown and caramel, aged in uncharred Shiraz Casks from a locally sourced Riverina Winery for just over 4 years, it contains natural colouring and flavouring from the casks with a rich fulfilling palate finish. Nose: When you raise your nose into a glass of our Single Malt Whisky Shiraz Cask, that highlights the famous bold spirit style against the signature red fruit aromas, savoury back drop of sweet fruit, made up from plum jam, red grapes, orange marmalade and more berries, shrouded by earthy tones and a small amount of spice, perfectly compliment the cleanliness of the double distilled spirit. Allowing the spirit to sit and breathe, before you indulge into your first sip. Palate: In order to maximise your palate, hold the first sip in your mouth, then you will really appreciate on the next sip, look out for sweet, bitter, acidic, and spicy shiraz tones.
