Crystal Head Vodka is the realisation of the dream and vision of well-known actor Dan Aykroyd and colleague, fine artist, John Alexander. Both are avid researchers into the phenomenon that is the 5,000 to 35,000 year old Crystal Heads that have been found strewn around the globe from Tibet to the USA. This was the inspiration behind the extraordinary crystal head bottle and the purest vodka held within. With water sourced from the pure springs of Newfoundland, quadruple distillation through semi-precious crystals and with no additives, oils or sugars of any kind. In 1999, Guillermo Erickson Sauza decided to bring back the old Sauza family distillery to life. Today he produces Tequila Fortaleza there using 100% stone-milled agave, entirely produced on the estate which lies right in the middle of the town of Tequila. Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is unaged. It has an amazingly soft texture and vegetal sweetness with a long and satisfying finish.

The Nikka Coffey Malt is the result of a unique distillation process in Coffey type column stills, which are normally used for grain whisky production.As such, this unique 100% Coffey malt is categorized as a grain whisky, and offers a surprisingly rich texture with deep oaky notes.

Belvedere was the worlds first super premium vodka and represents the pinnacle of the Polish vodka making tradition. This expression has been maturing in our 32 Litre Spanish Oloroso Casks...Sweet sherry bombs! Joadja Single Malt Whisky, Release 17 (Ex Oloroso) recently won a Silver Medal at the Tasting Australia Spirit Awards 2022. Our Olorosso Casks Batch 4 & 5 won Bronze at the 2019 Australian Distillers Awards. Being one of only a handful of Single Malt Whisky distilleries in the world who grow their own barley and have access to pristine spring water on site sets us apart when considering where our unique flavours are developed. Add this to our hand-picked ex-Sherry barrels (from our birth place in Spain) for maturing our spirit and we have the ingredients for a unique Australian Single Malt Whisky. Tasting note: The entrancing bouquet is spicy, creamy yet fresh, all at the same time. One of the most textural and buxom Irish we’ve tasted: Oily, pithy then more cocoa-like towards the finish with a cascade of sweets suggested, ranging through dark chocolate to vanilla wafer and toasted marshmallow; the oak adds balancing grip, while the overall persistence is quite something as the oils sustain the aftertaste. Equally an Irish to savour with water, which brings another dimension highlighting fruits on the nose (fig, orange oils), as well as in the mouth. Almost like two whiskies in one. Superb. Non chill filtered. 46% Alc./Vol.

Appearance: Oloroso, brilliant clarity, 8/10 viscosity.Nose: Big baked stone fruits and dark vanilla, old oaked sherry, and warm caramel with crisp toffee. Very old oak and sweet tobacco.Taste: Very big, round and smooth, concentrated dark malts with sherry, a hint of dark chocolate, brittle toffee and licorice.Finish: Long, warm sherried and old oak
