Both are avid researchers into the phenomenon that is the 5,000 to 35,000 year old Crystal Heads that have been found strewn around the globe from Tibet to the USA. This was the inspiration behind the extraordinary crystal head bottle and the purest vodka held within. With water sourced from the pure springs of Newfoundland, quadruple distillation through semi-precious crystals and with no additives, oils or sugars of any kind. In 1999, Guillermo Erickson Sauza decided to bring back the old Sauza family distillery to life. Today he produces Tequila Fortaleza there using 100% stone-milled agave, entirely produced on the estate which lies right in the middle of the town of Tequila. Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is unaged. It has an amazingly soft texture and vegetal sweetness with a long and satisfying finish.

The Nikka Coffey Malt is the result of a unique distillation process in Coffey type column stills, which are normally used for grain whisky production.As such, this unique 100% Coffey malt is categorized as a grain whisky, and offers a surprisingly rich texture with deep oaky notes.

The word heritage has various associations: inheritance, patrimony and a family secret kept under lock and key by the Caetano family. This germana cachaça is aged for eigth years in French Oak barrels and then for two more years in Balsam barrels to break the woody flavour and aroma an lighten the darker color result of the Frech Oak barrel aging.
