The wine displays a vibrant red colour. On the nose rose petal and black cherry aromas are supported by attractive stemmy, whole bunch characters. The palate is soft and round with sweet fruit flavours and a creamy texture. Bright natural acidity provides a crisp lingering finish.

After cellaring, Chapel Hill’s McLaren Vale Shiraz reveals an even deeper connection to its origin and style. The savoury, brooding edge of McLaren Vale has softened into layers of earthy complexity, while the plush dark fruits remain, now more concentrated and seamless. Time has added polish and elegance, lifting the wine to a beautifully balanced, almost ethereal expression of the region. A refined and mature Shiraz that continues to showcase the very best of McLaren Vale.

Little Giant Pinot Noir is bright and expressive, with lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and subtle floral notes. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, offering vibrant red fruit flavours layered with hints of spice and soft, earthy undertones. Fine tannins and fresh acidity give the wine structure and balance, leading to a smooth, elegant finish.

This wine is deep crimson in colour with hints of youthful purple at the rim. On the nose, intense lifted aromas of mulberry and blackberry play with notes of pepper and oak spice. The palate is full bodied with complex forest fruits, spice and velvety tannins leading to a elegant and long finish. Served perfectly pan-roasted venison with creamy baked potato and celeriac. Medium-term careful cellaring of two to five years.

Gorgeous Grenache displays a beautifully perfumed nose with hints of violets and wild strawberry. The palate is succulent, juicy and Pinot-like in its profile while the finish is savoury and moreish. Sourced from a number of vineyards in The Barossa and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia. All vineyards are vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine. This is a medium coloured pinot noir. The bouquet is fresh, complex and bright with raspberry, cherry and herbal notes. The palate is finely structured and intense, with precision and balance. It has silky, smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Very fine. Limited release of 6977 bottles, individually numbered.i
