Carefully crafted to display qualities of a traditional sour with apple sweetness on the back palate, reinforced by the depth of tropical flavours that only fresh Queensland pineapples and mangoes can deliver. The apples provide great structure and a solid acid backbone. The introduction of pineapple and mango lush out this cider with great mouthful, depth and a tropical complexity.

Tread Softly Pinot Noir is the perfect berry-flavoured, light-bodied wine with a pleasantly dry finish. Fruity & bright with a touch of spice and a hint of herbs, this wine is not only aromatic; it makes a delightful drink too.

Pale yellow in colour with a restrained nose of stone fruit and white peach, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst of peach, guava and melon flavours and a rich and soft texture building to a mouth-coating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Elephant In The Room Pinot Noir is a dark blood red in colour with a expressive nose of ripe plums, dark berries and a hint of forest floor. The palate is fruit driven with a core of supple red berry and cherry flavours high lighted by smoky spice complexity. Bright acidity and fine tannins provide definition to the long finish.
