Penfolds Father Grand Tawny pays tribute to 169 years of winemaking excellence. A blend of many outstanding tawny components separately matured in seasoned old oak casks, with a minimum blended average age of ten years. The results yields a wine of generous concentration, vitality, exceptional balance of fruit and oak age complexity. The tawny lingers in the mouth, finishing clean and tight.

Our Rose brings a luscious blend of watermelon and summer raspberry aromas in a lovely pink hue. Creamy, rich and full of fresh red berry and yellow stone fruit flavours.

The Butchers Block is a traditional Barossa blend made with grapes selected from the Turkey Flat vineyards, including some from the original old vine plantings. It is a blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvédre (Mataro). 'Part of the grapes come from the home vineyard that has some of the oldest vines in the Barossa, planted by Peter Schulz's great-grandfather Ernest Schulz. The wine has the drive, focus and intensity often missing from this Barossa blend; that said, there are both black and distinctly red fruit components, and the tannins are firm. Translucent cherry color. The nose offers up aromas of ripe cherries, plum juice and pomegranate with spice endnotes. Flavors of sweet cherries intermix with pomegranate and plum juice followed by some spice on the medium dry finish. Brisk acidity with an aftertaste of sweet cherries, plum juice, pomegranate, and light spice.

Made from a blend of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz which have been matured under the Solero system using oak quarter casks. Grant Burge Aged Tawny is complex and nutty with a rich lengthy finish.

Beginning with Langmeil Valley Floor Shiraz's vibrant purple colour, this wine exudes classic Barossa character. The bouquet offers aromas of kirsch, chocolate, berries and warm earth while the palate is laden with rich, ripe and lingering blackberry spice and peppery flavours.

Generous blue fruits, like mulberries and blueberries, a full and frank Shiraz start. Typical Barossa, generous, flavoursome and super sweet blackberry pie with dark dry chocolate mouth feel. Begins with sweet fruit then tightens up with fine fruit and oak tannin. Great flavour and composition. Sweet spice cuts through and hints of jamminess. Youthful austerity as you would expect from such a classic old school Shiraz but there is also plenty of fineness to the tannin and dark chocolate nuances in the lengthy finish.
