Löwenbräu translates to 'lions brew' and is brewed under German Purity Law. This all natural beer is fully balanced with dry but crisp, bitter undertones. Clean, smooth and perfectly structured.

Young Henrys wouldnt be what it is without Newtown. Its their home, community and inspiration. So when the suburb celebrated its sesquicentenary they were invited to brew a unique beer to celebrate, they jumped at the chance. The resulting beer was an Aussie Pale Ale called Newtowner. In a bit of a nod to the suburbs past and present influences, we used a blend of English and Australian malts. Then we added three varieties of local hops to make it fun, fruity and even a little bitter. Carton of 24 x 375mL Cans.

Hazy Mid with magnified flavour. Light, silky mouthfeel balanced with refreshingly juicy hops. Yeah, it’s a Hazy Beer without the Haze.

BentSpoke Barley Griffin is a mild cloudy Australian Pale Ale. Soft fruity aromas and light biscuity malt living a nice light mouth feel. Easy drinking and great on a hot summers day.

A light, crisp dry style Lager with a mild bitterness for that easy drinking summer time beer.

Here’s our Hazy Pale. With all the flavour you expect from a haze and the signature refreshment of our pales, this one is a juicy, easy-drinking gem. You can expect tropical fruit, floral, melon and lemon-lime aromas.The Brewery: Untouched 1960’s facade of the Public Bar and Brewery building has long been an icon on the streetscape of industrial Marrickville. Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in. We’re proud to bring the building back to life and become part of the historical fabric of the suburb we know and love.
