First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Sitting at the traditional Sloe Gin strength of 26% alcohol, Ink Sloe & Berry is a lower-alcohol option for those who want to drink less and enjoy more, and is perfect for sipping on the rocks. Starting with our gin base, its distilled with juniper berry, coriander, angelica and liquorice root. Sloe berry mingles with Davidson plum, both fruits giving the gin a tart flavour base. This tartness is balanced by an explosion of berries, cherries and jaboticaba, otherwise known as the Brazilian grape tree. And it wouldnt be Ink Gin if it didnt star a vibrant floral infusion. The final ingredient is native Australian rosella flowers. The rosella flower, a hibiscus found in the tropical northern parts of Australia, is vibrant in colour and has a crisp, tart flavour. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.

True to its name our mouth-watering Zesty Limoncello combines a traditional family recipe passed down through generations from the Amalfi coast with some of our favourite foraged Australian botanicals to leave your mouth perfumed with a zesty sherbet finish. Only using carefully selected thick perfumed lemons grown at an orchard on the central coast, north of Sydney, we hand peel them, being most particular to avoid the bitter pith. Infusion of the peel into the smooth grain spirit cannot be rushed. After a month the citrus oils combine with the native botanical distillates of Lemon Aspen and Lemon Myrtle to give birth to a flavour-blend of bitter-sweet grapefruit and lime with a hint of honey and eucalyptus.

Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. Bottled here in a larger 1L bottle for the true lover of Bundy Red, and also a great addition to any bar.

In many ways Bundaberg's O.P. is similar to the Underproof, but delivers an extra degree of intensity at all levels.
