First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Vodka

Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Ink Sloe & Berry Gin

Starting with our gin base, its distilled with juniper berry, coriander, angelica and liquorice root. Sloe berry mingles with Davidson plum, both fruits giving the gin a tart flavour base. This tartness is balanced by an explosion of berries, cherries and jaboticaba, otherwise known as the Brazilian grape tree. And it wouldnt be Ink Gin if it didnt star a vibrant floral infusion. The final ingredient is native Australian rosella flowers. The rosella flower, a hibiscus found in the tropical northern parts of Australia, is vibrant in colour and has a crisp, tart flavour. Vickers Pink Gin

Tradition coupled with contemporary flair, Vickers Pink Gin carries aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants, finishing with a familiar hint of juniper. Tamborine Mountain Distillery Lilly Pilly Gin

Crystal clear with a pale pink blush. Sweet and perfumed - sort of in the Old Tom style. Pleasing scents of candied citrus peel combine with hints of anise, ginger, coriander, juniper and pine sap. A creamy entry leads into a semi-sweet mid palate featuring citrus peel, hints of juniper and pepper. Concludes drier with a juniper and pepper aftertaste followed by a brisk grapefruit like fade. It can be served as an aperitif served with Tonic water or added to specific cocktails.
