Introducing Cedar Fox Distilling Co, a newcomer to the Australian independent spirits space with the release of its gin. A savoury dry gin with peppery fragrant earthy aromas, it incorporates urban botanicals such as Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Lemon Verbena and Rosemary. The result is a simple yet expressive character.

Crafted with the same quality and skill as the premium liquid, the classic is reduced in ABV and contains the classic London Dry base of Juniper and Coriander with Angelica Root, Cardamom and Lemon Myrtle. Kalki Moon's Classic Vodka takes small batch Australian distilled Vodka to a premium level. Double distilled and three times carbon filtered sees this all grain vodka raising the bar in small batched production.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

A final filter to ensure that only the best is allowed to leave the bond, bottled with a wax seal to ensure quality.Using grain from the Riverina, the Vodka is developed from the same fermentation process as OCD Whiskey, which is reflected in the flavour and character filled taste of OCD Vodka.Triple distilled and then run through a custom made filter, the liquid is then bottled in bond, ready for the final lucky ones.Aroma: A warm and toasty fragrance of malted barley, cereal grains, roasted almonds and aromatic oils.Tasting Notes: An initial burst of grainy sweetness followed by a long and warming finish, with notes of butterscotch, star anise and bush honey.
