Santa Julia El Burro, named for a family donkey, is born in Finca Maipú - a 175 hectare vineyard that has been certified organic since 2001. Domiciano produces wines with 100% Malbec grapes, harvested during the fresh nights in our farms in Barrancas to avoid oxidation and thus preserve the maximum aromatic expression.
