Spinifex Papillon is a vibrant and luscious red from the Baross Valley that is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mataro. A very perfumed wine with earthy flavours of beetroot and white pepper which lends itself to being a terrific food style wine with lovely acid structure and a medium weight.

Artemis Pinot Noir is hand crafted from grapes grown on low yielding vines, from the cool climate Southern Highlands of NSW. A blend of old world and new world winemaking techniques results in a wine full of intense Australian fruit aroma, complexity and structure.

The palate for this Dalrymple Pinot Noir has immediate appeal of sweet red fruits, balanced with a tight tannin structure and a long savoury finish. The presence of dried Italian herbs and floral rose notes on the nose, lift and add to the complexity.
