This elegant and complex Malbec was aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels and expresses aromas of black fruit, jam and vanilla, with a subtle touch of liquorice. This wine has a great structure and lingering finish.

Malbec is renowned for its value in blends but not often found as a varietal. This fine example from Bleasdale is considered a benchmark for the style. Soft, smooth, toasty oak with great depth of complexity.

There is good integration of oak whilst the wine remains focused on a fresh fruit profile on the palate, and is complemented stylishly by violet aromatics.
