Four Pillars Gin worked with the QANTAS Rockpool mixology team to create the second release in their Bartender Series - an Asian-inspired Modern Australian gin with softness and spice, one that is truly a spirit of Australia. When we think Vodka we think purity. It all begins with our raw material, whereby the waste material of the winemaking industry is utilised giving it an effective second life. Grape marc (waste skins, seeds, fruit, juice) is utilised & rectified to craft our unique vodka. We simply then charcoal filter the vodka to ensure purity so we retain the regional Adelaide Hills characteristics, giving subtle notes of citrus & floral tones.
