Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.

Cello Passioncello is a quality handmade Passionfruit Liqueur using 100% local produce infused with fresh passionfruit pulp and sugarcane distilled alcohol. Vibrant passionfruit and crushed meringue aromas on the nose with tangy passionfruit jam on the palate, It has deliciously intense flavour for a true unique tropical drink on crushed ice or an addition to a cocktail.

Cedar Fox Barrel Aged, un-filtered, Gin, Alc/Vol 45.5%, 700ml, Approximately 25 Standard Drinks. Cedar Fox's Barrel Aged gin is un-filtered and is matured in whisky barrels for a period of up to four months, imparting wood and subtle whisky notes while still maintaining upfront gin qualities. Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Meyer Lemon Peel, Lebanese Cucumber, Sichuan Peppercorn, Rosemary & Lemon Verbena. Awarded highest score at Australian Distilled Spirit Awards 2018.
