This is fruity and upfront Prosecco with aromas of pear and white peach layered over a floral, zippy, refreshing palate. Delicious with spicy Asian food or blend with fresh peaches for a Bellini. Produced by Yarra Burn the house of Australia's most awarded sparkling winemaker, Ed Carr.

Straw in colour with subtle green hues and a delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. While this wine retains the freshness and vibrancy that Prosecco is known for, the fruit for this NV release was picked later to provide a softer, rounder palate full of crisp citrus notes. This refreshing sparkling is made to drink young while at its light and delicate best.

This Italian sparkling wine demonstrates a bright yellow color, with some greenish hints; the nose is pleasant and fruity with good intensity. It shows fresh fruit on the palate with a harmonious balance.

Brown Brothers have added the Prosecco Rosato to join the original, and much loved, Prosecco. In the glass there is a rose-gold colour and a soft nose of strawberry and apple skins. With the addition of a touch of Cienna to the Prosecco, the sparkling wine retains its trademark acidity while showcasing a softer, rounder side to the palate. Blushing savoury pink in hue, this wine reflects the Prosecco style with rich red fruit on both the nose and palate, accented by dusky florals and sweet spicy notes.

Initial aromas for this Prosecco by Pizzini include yeasty and melon notes, as the wine opens up in the glass the nose smacks of citrus blossom, fresh lime, Wisteria flower and green apples. It is refreshingly fizzy with gentle, lemony acidity.
