Michter's US 1 Bourbon Whiskey
Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a 'Cost Be Damned' approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the frigid winters and using specific filtration types for each whiskey they make.
Legent Bourbon Whiskey
Legent is more than just another bourbon. It pushes the boundaries and redefines how bourbons are created while remaining true to the core of bourbons principles. Its a collaboration as distinct as the two whiskey legends who made it: Fred Noe from the founding family of bourbon and Jim Beams seventh-generation Master Distiller. And Shinji Fukuyo from the founding house of Japanese whisky and Suntorys fifth-ever Chief lender. Together they created a blend of several unique bourbons aged in newly charred white oak barrels and some extra aged in wine and sherry casks. With a distinctive spicy flavour and long, soft finish, Jim Beam Rye is an interesting change for those who want to broaden their Bourbon horizons.
High West Rendezvous Rye Whiskey
High West is Utahs first distillery since 1870 and the worlds only ski-in gastro distillery. Hand-numbered labels adorn hand-blown glass bottles with wooden-topped cork stoppers. The whiskeys are all 46% and not chill-filtered. High West Rendezvous Rye is a marriage of two straight rye whiskies: an exotic 6-year-old with a 95% rye and 5% barley malt mash bill, and a very rare 16-year-old with an 80% rye, 10% corn, 10% barley mash bill.

Evan Williams Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey
Evan Williams is America's second largest selling Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey. This whiskey has grown up well. The body is medium to light, and the palate bears some leather, cedar, vanilla and hints of caramel. The finish is medium to long, and oh, so warm and soothing. Overall here's an around the house bottling that's a lot more sophisticated than expected. A small batch New Western Style Dry Gin, made in Portland, Oregon. It is thought to be the first true partnership between distiller and bartender. Leading US mixologist Ryan Magarian, its creator, describes it as a “botanical democracy” of juniper, cardamom, coriander, lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla and dried orange peel.
